Wow - I didn't realise you got quite so toasty! Of course glad to see it didn't spread .. wouldn't be right leaving you with a Melbourne disaster on your hands. Still one helluva story!

So now you know the real story Simon. Yep, that's Asha and my apartment right there on the corner of the building. Needless to say, we didn't need to turn on the fan heaters that night. Quite the close call.

Have you seen Mara's latest ad. She's the gal on the very amusing new real estate agent ad and Drayton (our other actor) can be seen selling rolled oats at the moment!!

No warm beer loving pom here! Just aware if I had too many I wouldn't be able to spell anymore and all our discs are filed alphabetically!

I'm surprised you guys could AFFORD Tamara as the talent: I've heard what she charges for advertisements!! Go cream-cheese Angel #01!

PS: Sarah needs to learn to drink her 3 Raven's faster - I'm suspecting she's a POM as she must enjoy warm beer...

Ha! nothing like a home-brewed cocktail, but I suspect we'll all then be moving in to your place. We'll chip in what we can to help nab the RSL ... but in the meantime Michael needs to get Bean Counter licenced for this summer! We're all gettin' thirsty :-).

Happy Birthday Applebox!

I moved into the street in August last year too so I kinda feel like it's my anniversary also. Thanks for makin' it special and for creating such a hip happening street to live and play on.

I'm liking the bar idea... perhaps I could buy out the RSL and revamp it?
Or I could just start making cocktails from my lounge room...

Keep up the being tops.

That's disgraceful. If a business is turning over a profit then accepting a $30 return should be a no-brainer.

I always run with the philosophy that a customer with a good experience will tell one friend. A customer with a bad experience will tell ten. (Or in your case hundreds more who read this blog!!!!)

Its sad to think that customer service and satisfaction is not worth $30 any more.

Hi Adrian .. I'd love to buy a track and see if it would go to my iPod. Unfortunately the Loadit client needs Windows so I can't try that little experiment (I'm on a Mac). However Loadit promotes itself as a subscription service, which relies on Windows DRM which does mean no luck for the iPod. And unless they are selling DRM free tracks (as many services now do) I can't see purchases as any different.
