Jim is not the only one to lose his "baby." Many people invested their hard earned cash in Jim's franchise system and when their stores failed to perform as expected lost thier money, or as in my case their home. The DVD business is cut-throat and new release DVD's are sold pretty much at cost to compete with the department stores.
