If a business is turning over a profit then accepting a $30 return should be a no-brainer. I always run with the philosophy that a customer with a good experience will tell one friend. A customer with a bad experience will tell ten. (Or in your case hundreds more who read this blog!!!!) Its sad to think that customer service and satisfaction is not worth $30 any more. That’s disgraceful. If a business is turning over a profit then accepting a $30 return should be a no-brainer.

I always run with the philosophy that a customer with a good experience will tell one friend. A customer with a bad experience will tell ten. (Or in your case hundreds more who read this blog!!!!)

Its sad to think that customer service and satisfaction is not worth $30 any more.
