Back to the Future
Did my first build tonight .. first time I’ve touched some code in probably 5 months. We’re cooking up some exciting things for the future. So, with UML model open and Eclipse fired up, time to hit some long standing bugs and model in at least one killer feature. Stay tuned.
Sorta nice to take time out from printing and handing out flyers. Andrew and Mara are working hard in the store. Sarah’s broken the back of our accounting back log (hey .. things slip you know) and is exploring some great biz dev leads. Membership continues to build .. full steam ahead.

Not having a clue what the UML model is and what happens when you fire Eclipse up… is this what lead to having 91 pages to search through instead of 20 when you click on see all in the new release section? And please for all those card counters out there who say “but that’s only 2730 movie titles” ….. cos that’s what I said… it only shows those movies that were cinema release. There are plenty more in the genres that were straight to video, TV or DVD…. Which train station are we hitting tomorrow? I thought my days of early rising was over when I stopped making films but oh no not so!

That’s just me dropping some developer lingo so I can try and keep some developer cred. It started with the unlimited page count (dunno why I ever decided to limit to 20 pages in the first place), but’s gonna finish up making those people very happy when they can order a movie and not move from their couch …
